First post. What to say? Well, I guess the first thing to say is welcome to the blog! We are thrilled to be posting and equally happy you are here to read our posts.

We’ve been working on ServiceBeacon for a long time now. Too long. And now it is finally live although we are continuing to add to it and respond to our early users and testers by making changes as they make recommendations. Anyhow, if you have not already done so, we definitely hope you will signup (it’s free for goodness sake!) and give ServiceBeacon a whirl. Please let us know what you think or if you have any problems, suggestions, ideas, etc… We are taking all feedback from our users very seriously.

Also, if you are a from a car dealership or independent garage, we hope you will signup and try out ServiceBeacon and we welcome your feedback as well and we would love to hear from you as you are an important factor in what will make ServiceBeacon a success and useful tool for our users. Keep in mind that you can and should be recommending your customers use ServiceBeacon - it is a great way to keep them coming back to service their car with you and help you, and them, ensure that their car is serviced as it is supposed to.

Oh, if you’re looking for the tour, we are working on it! Look for it to appear in the next couple of weeks.
